Pre-owned, was not cleaned, has rust, paint specks, mars, nicks that need touch up paint, the structure of the metal is sound, and ready for use.
This is for the style of chair that attaches the metal arm support to the backrest by bolting together. IF YOURS SLIDES TOGETHER THESE WILL NOT WORK.
